Tijdens een cursus leer je in 4 tot 6 avonden de benodigde kennis en vaardigheden die je nodig hebt om thuis zelf een meubeltje te maken. Met name in de eerste les zit wat theorethische kennis over materiaal wat zijn de verschillen, en waarom pas je wat toe. 

Daarna ga je snel aan de slag om de opgedane kennis in de praktijk te brengen. Tijdens meubelmaken 1 maak je een kastje met schuine pootjes, in de vervolg cursus maken we een wandkastje, met een deurtje of laadje.

Meubelmaken 1 (4 avonden of 2 dagen): €295 

Meubelmaken 2 (6 avonden): €395

Je kunt de (resterende) waarde van de cadeaubon ook uitgeven aan materiaal in onze winkel.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I temporarily store my material at Buurman?
In principle, you take materials with you immediately after purchase. Unfortunately, we don't have the space to store materials for you. There are a few exceptions: if you buy materials that we will deliver or cut to size for you, we will temporarily set them aside. If you need a quote for a larger quantity, we'd be happy to discuss it with you and arrange something.
Does Buurman Amsterdam deliver to homes?
Your purchase doesn't fit in your car and you live in Amsterdam Noord? No problem! For €75, we'll deliver your items right to your door. It's easy, and you don't need to rent a van. Just ask in the store.
Can I work in your workshop myself?
Unfortunately, we currently do not have an open workshop.
Can I have material cut to size by you?
Yes, provided the material was purchased from us. We'll perform simple cuts for you immediately or within a week. We charge a start-up fee of €10 for the first 10 minutes, followed by €1 per minute. All costs are negotiable.
Where do your materials come from?
Our wood and building materials are rescued from the waste pile. They are local, circular, and unique. Materials with a story. For example, from local museums, recycling centers, or wood suppliers. In our store, you'll also find leftover materials from wood producers or project construction, making them suitable for larger projects in and around the home or office. I want large volumes. Is that possible?
Absolutely! Buurman is also available for professional makers and larger projects. For large quantities, we're happy to provide a customized quote. We can also hold materials aside for you or deliver them to you. Contact us and we'll see what's possible.
